No returns or refunds are provided. Every singe item is made or sourced to order, which takes a lot of time and effort. If necessary, exchanges can be provided only after 7 days of receiving the item, at the expense of the customer (i.e. you need a different necklace size). You will have to ship back the item(s) back in order to receive an exchange. Items purchased on sale, or with a discount code (i.e flash sale or gift card) are not eligible for exchanges.

I am a one-girlie show so please be patient with me! Orders can really take from a day to 2 weeks to ship out depending on order volume and complexity of products purchased. All pieces are handmade or beaded by me, as well as packaged by just me.

I use the highest quality items to prevent tarnishing. However, items that are gold-plated and sometimes even filled, are not exempt to tarnishing over time. That being said, please take care of your items and limit consistent exposure to water, chemicals and saunas; save pieces in pouch or box.

I value every single one of my customers, so please reach out and DM if your item has tarnished or broken. I will do my absolute best to replace or fix the item! This includes online orders and in-person pop ups as well.
